MATERIALS & TOOLS:
• 15cm light- to medium-weight cotton for the main fabric
• 15cm fabric for facing (we used a silky satin for the backing – choose something that will feel nice on your delicate eyelids)
• co-ordinating thread
• 10cm ( 1 ⁄8 yards) wadding
• 38cm 9-12mm-wide elastic (use more or less if your head is particularly large or small!)
• 1m string or cord
