Recent years have brought ever-increasing interruptions. Whether you want to work, watch a movie or play a game, turning those off is key. Quick Notes also enables you to record things on the spur of the moment without losing your train of thought.
1 Tag Notes
Notes, including Quick Notes, are easy to tag, and the Notes app has a new section for those tags. Add your tag with a hash sign ‘#’ immediately before it, such as #MacFormat, and the app shows the tag in blue, adding that to the list at the left, so you can browse all your notes for a given tag.
2 Share notes
Work on your notes with a colleague by sharing them. Select a note and click the Share This Note tool. Send a link by email, in Messages, AirDrop, or simply a link. Use the ‘@’ sign before the collaborator’s name to refer to them in your note. There’s also an Activity view to show who’s been editing which notes.
