There are so many calendar apps available for the Mac, not to mention the very good built–in Calendar, that attracting paying customers and standing out from the crowd is a tough job. The developers of BusyCal hope that this new version will do just that.
This version marks a change in the way BusyCal is priced. If you want to download it from the Mac App Store, you’ll have to pay a subscription fee of $3.99 a month or $33.99 a year. Unlike BusyCal’s competitor Fantastical, that fee only gets you the calendar app, not the associated contacts app.
