NO TWO LEPROUS records sound quite alike, which is precisely how the Norwegian prog masters have cultivated a reputation for boundarypushing creativity. A series of livestreams over lockdown may have kept them busy, but not even a global pandemic could confine their innovation, as they soon found out when a planned EP expanded until it became their new full-length album, Aphelion. Hammer caught up with vocalist Einar Solberg to find out why this album is the perfect landmark for Leprous as they hit the two-decade mark.
