ON JULY 15, Iron Maiden unleashed The Writing On The Wall onto the world, and it was official: metal’s greatest band were finally releasing a brand new album -their first in six years. It marks the longestever gap between Maiden records, and the world in which Senjutsu arrives is a very, very different beast to the one that welcomed The Book Of Souls in 2015.
