Ragga metal party animals bring more good times, and even more reggae
IT COULD BE argued that Skindred never needed to release an album again. The ragga metal ragamuffins are already heavy music’s ultimate party band, able to ignite crowds at festivals from Bloodstock Open Air to Boomtown with their charisma and goodtime singalongs. Even if the five-year gap between Smile and predecessor Big Tings was twice as long, thousands would doubtless still swarm around this band every summer to day-drink, dance and, of course, do the Newport Helicopter.
