Lodge to mark 275th anniversary

Fort William Masonic Lodge No. 43 will mark its 275th anniversary in style next month with a weekend of celebrations.

On Saturday October 6 the lodge will host an anniversary dinner at Lochaber High School from 2pm, where representatives from the Grand Lodge of Scotland, in Edinburgh, will be in attendance.

The next day, members of the lodge will parade from the Masonic Hall on Fort William High Street at 11am to the Duncansburgh MacIntosh Church for a ceremony at 11.30am.
