Housing association criticised for not reimbursing tenants

dmcphee@obantimes.co.uk WEST Highland Housing Association (WHHA) has been criticised for not reimbursing tenants when its main boiler breaks down.

Last month The Oban Times reported that the association’s Biomass Energy Centre at Glenshellach stopped working for around 24 hours during one of the coldest weeks so far, leaving tenants without heating or hot water.
