Organists' Review  |  September 2019
Most organs we feature are large and new, therefore, to ring the changes in
this issue we are taking a look at the world of miniature organs – particularly those which were once hidden inside clocks. Arthur W.J.G. Ord-Hume gives as thorough an overview as possible for such a complex subject in a small space and Dominic Gwynn looks at the work of Charles Clay.
Moving away from this subject, Barnaby Page takes the time to answer the question which most churches ask when they consider installing a new organ. How much should it cost? He also looks at the options available when considering the process.
Additionally, David Saint writes about the IAO Benevolent Fund. The
charity is in the process of change and this is your opportunity to use it
or lose it.
