Hello and welcome to the February issue of Parchment Craft.

Love is most definitely in the air this month and with St. Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I’ve cherry-picked for you a handful of romantic designs covering all aspects of the craft which I hope your intended will adore.

Due to popular demand I’ve also selected a group of cards depicting images of animals, my personal favourite being Dewi Alimwidjaja’s
character card, it’s been designed for a new-born and of course the colours and greetings can be changed to suit.

This issue also sees the introduction of a new themed project which will
run throughout the year, again it’s due to a reader response, and I’ve
asked Mary G. Kerr to design a series of Zodiac themed cards. This month
we feature a finished example of a card portraying Pisces with additional
toppers suitable for those born under the signs of Capricorn and Aquarius.

Besides that there are also card designs from your favourite designers,
plus regular features including We Talk To and From the Archives.
