A perfectly nice tablet, but it’s made to look expensive and underpowered by the OnePlus Pad 3

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab FE tablets provide an affordable alternative to its S10 and S10+ models, attempting to cut the corners that most everyday users won’t miss. That means a drop in power for the main chip and a drop in impact for the screen, but it’s rare that you feel you’re buying a second-class product: it still looks and feels premium.
Such is the case here. At 13.1in, its screen is 3in bigger than the plain S10 FE, giving a notable amount of extra space for your money: the 128GB models cost £499 for the S10 FE and £649 for the S10 FE+, while 256GB of storage ups that to £599 and £759.
