COLOUR FRINGING
There’s great performance all round
Lateral chromatic aberrations are negligible in the lenses here and, for the four Canon lenses and the Sigma 50mm, can be tuned out by the in-camera corrections available in recent Canon DSLR and mirrorless bodies. Longitudinal chromatic aberrations can be more of a problem when using fast lenses at their widest aperture. Here, most do well to keep bokeh fringing to a minimum, but it can be more noticeable with the Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM.
