The Vegan Life Magazine Podcast heads out into the sunshine

It’s time to dust off the BBQ, find the picnic blanket and head outside! Vegan Life Magazine Podcast host Jake Yapp invited two vegan foodie experts on to get top tips about eating alfresco:

Katy Beskow

Richard Fox

Both guests are big fans of cooking and eating outdoors. “I absolutely love it,” says Katy. “I think cooking outside, eating outside is what it’s all about.

It’s sociable, it’s relaxed, it’s just got those summery vibes. But also, crack out the barbecue in the winter too, why not?” Richard agrees: “I think, if you’ve got a cover, it should be an all year round thing. Put an extra jumper on! I’ve always used my BBQ as an oven, if you’ve got a lid, then you have an outdoor oven. We did Christmas dinner on it a couple of years ago – there’s nothing you can’t do on it!”
