The pandemic touched all of our lives in one way or another. Most people remember it as a negative time but some good did come. For example, when the chance presented itself, our interviewee Kelly-Anne Lyons made the bold decision to live abroad for a while with her young family. And why not? Life is what we make of it – and Kelly-Anne’s attitude to living and her health stands her in good stead. She took on Lyme disease and arthritis pain as a teenager, reached remission and achieved her dream of becoming a successful actor. Let’s take a leaf out of Kelly-Anne’s book. Work hard to improve ourselves. Ask for support when we need it. And say yes to opportunities.
