It might be five months since Italia! magazine has seen the light of day, but whatever else has or hasn’t happened, the seasons keep turning. And, just like that, we find ourselves in the mellow fruitfulness of autumn. Our human hiatus allowed Mother Nature to recharge and find her power, and here among the tawny-hued vines of Emilia-Romagna, the ripe grapes are calling, ready to be harvested and turned into the next vintage of robustly red sparkling Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro.
