LOCHABER residents will get the chance to see the acclaimed documentary film Resilience in Fort William thanks to the Stramash Social Enterprise.
The film explores the insights science is gaining about the long-term impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) which scientists say is one of the leading causes of everything from heart disease and cancer to substance abuse and depression.
The event on Saturday February 10 at Kilmallie Free Church in Caol consists of two parts. First, people will get the chance to view Resilience, which makes clear the hidden struggles many children face.
