Well Being Journal  |  Mar/Apr 2019
We publish the Well Being Journal because it’s
our passion to spread news about being healthy
and healing illnesses naturally. To some in our
edge. All the unquestionably well-meaning physicians in the
world combined don’t know everything about the human
body. This gap in knowledge continues to challenge doctors
to explore, because they deeply care and want to help.
The world includes many health provocations, such as
social injustices and toxic pollution from unregulated businesses;
there is also spraying of herbicides and pesticides by
municipalities and others that negatively affect the health of
all. Yet there is more understanding about physical health
now than ever, and we know it involves powerful epigenetic
factors: The cleanliness (or not) of our environment—including
the thoughts and emotions we have, the social ties,
the political, economic, and spiritual aspects of health, and
of course the foods we eat and how they are grown.
Perhaps one of the most important organs of focus for
healing or preventing illnesses is the mysterious one we call
the liver. Therefore, in this issue we offer two features that
outline potential challenges to the liver, and solutions for
healing. When there is a sluggish or congested liver due to
toxins or poor food choices, many illnesses eventually result.
This issue of the Journal also explores many other topics
that can lead readers to better health. We hope you will
peruse the table of contents to get an overview. What a
pleasure it has been for us to assemble this latest issue, and
we hope you enjoy your immersion into it!
