The first Resident Evil game for the then-next-gen consoles was a long time coming and quite controversial, due to all the racism claims that surrounded it upon release. What’s interesting about Resident Evil 5 is that it’s essentially two different games depending on how you play through it. Play on your own and Capcom’s game becomes amazingly frustrating because newcomer Sheva is utterly useless as a supporting AI character. She constantly stumbles into trouble, easily gets herself surrounded by enemies and rarely gives you help when it’s needed.
