“ I wanted to recreate the mood of being with my friends playing a roleplaying game in the ’80s.”
BACKGROUND
“First I studied theatre, and became a director of my own company. But in parallel to that, I was a freelance journalist for video games and board games magazines. After 10 years I thought: ‘Maybe theatre is not the best place for me. The best place is in games. I want more fun!’ In 2010, Ubisoft hired me as senior game designer, but while I was there I thought: maybe it’s time to work on a board game. So during the next five years, I developed T.I.M.E Stories.”
