While we love autumn and winter for all the cosy knits we can pop on our needles, the move to spring means a whole raft of new knits to get excited about. Lighter colours and delicate yarns... what’s not to love? This issue is filled with beautiful knits to take you through spring and into summer, like Jacinta Bowie’s glorious floral yoke cardi, Pat Menchini’s light and lovely 80s-inspired cotton top, and Anniken Allis’s wear-anywhere shawl. Spring also means that it’s time to dust off those fascinators and fancy hats as the wedding season gets into swing. We’ve noticed that there is a trend towards having our furever friends attend the Big Day (and why not!) so we asked Nicola Valiji to create a cute harness for formal doggy daywear. It’s been modelled beautifully by Content Writer Abi’s sweet pooch Ralph over on page 53.
