GAMES OR MUSIC?
Last month, I was interested in picking up an ASUS ROG Ally, and I still am—I just haven’t pulled the trigger yet. From upwards of $600 my heart says yes, but my brain is being more sensible. This is mainly because I’m lucky enough to get my hands on all sorts of gaming PCs and laptops on a monthly basis. That reduces those Ally cravings, but there is something about handheld gaming that makes it perfect for me. It’s not often I get long stints of time to sit and play games—I know, boo hoo! It’s more likely that a handheld system will suit my needs. I’ve got a PlayStation Vita, I just want to be able to play the triple-A titles I can on my desktop, but on the go. The Ally is one of the best options for this.
