Whilst I love nothing more than getting creative in the kitchen and using every pot, pan and utensil I own to create tasty dishes, I certainly don’t enjoy the mountain of washing up that I leave in my wake! What a cracking start to the year we’ve had this January! We’ve hardly been able to keep up with all the goings-on – from Marks & Spencer releasing an impressive new vegan range to Gregg’s launching the long-awaited vegan sausage roll, this year has already seen big changes. We can hardly believe that Veganuary is nearly over, although for many of you this is only just the beginning of your vegan journey as you embark on your second month as a vegan.
