THE COSMO CAN be secured with the car’s seatbelt or with the IQ Isofix base. It doesn’t swivel like many other seats to make access easier, but it does have a recline setting so newborns can lie flatter.
It is, however, fiddlier to install than other seats, especially if you’re using the seat base; you have to press the buttons on each side of the base twice separately to secure the seat to the car.
