SAYS

BACK IN 2019, the Kia e-Niro was our overall Car of the Year, in part because it proved that electric vehicles didn’t need to cost a fortune to offer a long range and decent performance. Now Kia has moved the game on again with another cracking electric SUV.

Although it’s a tad smaller than the current Niro EV, the EV3 is still a very practical car, with more space for rear passengers than in the rival Jeep Avenger Electric and Mini Aceman. It feels like a proper SUV from behind the wheel, too, seating you farther from the road than most rivals.
