I absolutely LOVE the ethos of this company: no frills, just great quality products. These shakes are vegan and 100% plant based. They are made from pea and rice protein which is kinder on the tummy and can be easier to digest than the usual whey protein. They contain high protein with fairly low calories, which is great after a workout or ideal to blend with other ingredients to create a lovely thick and nutritious smoothie or shake. This powder is so versatile and can be added into your baking for an extra protein hit. It does contain natural sweetener, but none of the fi ve flavours are overly sweet and I certainly preferred the texture after mixing in a blender as opposed to just shaking it up in a protein shaker.
