A new study has found that laying out your kit the night before could have a seismic effect on the amount of exercise you do by creating new habits and exercise associations
New research has found that creating everyday habits, such as setting goals and pre-workout rituals, results in 200% more sessions over a 12-month period, and plays a huge role in helping people achieve their goals. Over 1,000 participants took part in the study,which was carried out by Les Mills (lesmillsondeman. com) and Iowa State University. They used a mix of techniques including goal setting, focusing on enjoyment factors, pre-workout rituals and instigation routines before they took part in workouts.
