What do you normally eat before a run?
My go-to breakfast is bran flakes with kiwi, blueberries and almond milk. I’ll then have one slice of tigerbread toast with butter and jam, plus a small coffee. I’m a personal trainer so I know the importance of eating a good breakfast that will keep you well fuelled.
