A helping hand
‘When I first started writing (too many decades ago than I care to remember!), I took a Writers Bureau course and subscribed to Writing Magazine,’ writes subscriber Esther Chilton.
‘The course was invaluable and taught me how to write, and gave me the confidence to start sending my work out to magazines and to enter competitions. But it was when I won a Writing Magazine competition that I truly began to believe in myself. I went from strength to strength and now write full-time.
