It was Friday and all week I’d been ignoring the item, written in block capitals, at the top of my To Do list. ‘Edit book.’ It’s not that I hadn’t been busy. I’d been very busy writing emails to friends and messing about on social media. Every morning that week I’d promised myself I’d start on the editing. I’m sure a lot of you know all about this sort of procrastination.
