This month, I want to ask you a question. Do you like writing? The simple answer to this might be ‘well DUH! I’m reading a magazine called ‘Writing Magazine’, full of hints and tips and articles on writing. What do you think?’
But I’m talking about the actual process of doing it. Of sitting down at a desk and putting pen to paper or fingers to keyboard and grinding out hundreds of words.
Do you ever sit at your writing desk and wonder to yourself: am I having fun yet? Because I’ll admit it’s a question I ask myself at times. I mean obviously never when I’m writing this column which is an absolute joy-fest from start to finish.
