If it does not make me sound too much like a dinosaur, let’s talk about travel agents for a few moments. Of course, some of those working in them are signed up members of the Institute of Upsetting Customers and act as no more than a signpost to the internet. But some, as I recently experienced, are really very good and yet perhaps in danger of being neglected in this online age.
