Microsoft PowerPoint seems to be a strange piece of software to discuss in a writer’s column.
However, a written book needs presenting for sale as much as any other product. As most people have Microsoft Office installed on their computers it makes sense to take advantage of every tool available in the suite. This month a writer is interested in using it as an additional presentation tool when doing the rounds with her book later in the year.
Q I recently took out a subscription to Adobe InDesign CC and was very disappointed to see that it didn’t come with a manual. I have looked on Amazon and elsewhere and before paying a large sum of money wondered if you could recommend a book that would help me learn more about the software.
