Being both: writing and editing
Writing and editing both play big roles in my life, but of the two, the latter comes more easily to me. My experience working at literary agencies and at Cornerstones has given me a greater understanding of what editing can look like and how it can transform a manuscript, and for me, editing is the stage where a novel really comes together. For my own writing, the editing and redrafting stages are my favourite parts of the process.
