I’m willing to bet that lots of you grab one of those fizzy energy drinks when you’re looking for a boost in the gym or at work. Well, lots of them just offer a quick fix with an injection of caffeine. There are much better ways to ensure you can perform at your peak. So, try a few of these simple tricks instead:
THREE-HOUR RULE — if you go without eating for longer than three hours, your energy level slumps. Instead, try eating smaller meals every two to three hours to keep those levels topped up.
