”I GOT HOOKED ON HAVING A SIX PACK ALL YEAR ROUND. I WANTED THAT SIX PACK 24/7!”
So here we are at a football pitch for your shoot. What’s your connection with the sport?
I started playing when I was four, playing professional and semi-pro football when I was about 16 or 17. But then I had a major operation on the cartilage in my knee and had to give it up. Until then, it was everything to me. I had to do so much rehab in the gym and stuff and it made me a bit scared. I lost a bit of confidence. That’s why I wanted to do this shoot because a lot of people don’t see that side of me and don’t know that football was a big part of my life.
