Well, the chances are that at least a few of them are members of an F45 studio, an Aussie “cult” that delivers high-intensity, circuit-based group training — and is now the fastest growing fitness franchise concept in the world. After discovering it Down Under, I was happy to learn that there was an F45 studio in my home town of Brighton, opened by sisters Jane Roche and Laura Heathwood earlier this year.
