END CHAOTIC EATING
I’m a relatively new reader of Healthy Food Guide – and to exercise and healthy eating. I’ve done quite well with weight loss, but I’m struggling to keep track of what I’m eating and plan meals. Sometimes, I end up eating too many nuts or carbs. I also find that if I don’t plan my meals for the week I just go for the easy options of takeaways and reach for crisps, chips and chocolate. Can you suggest a way to help me easily record what I’ve eaten and keep track of carbs, fat and calorie intake? Maybe there’s an app that could help?
