With races on most weekends through the year, the 10K can be the perfect goal for many runners. And now that real-life races are alive and kicking again, you’re bound to find a 10K race that suits your diary and location perfectly.
Training for a 10K is definitely a good idea. Although it’s at the shorter end of the road racing distances, running really hard for that distance can be just as challenging as completing a half or full marathon.
