also pipe a little nest on top ready for adding little chocolate eggs. Our cover star this month is an adorable little chick modelled expertly by Vicky Teather on – no matter your skill level you can achieve the same finish!

March also sees the arrival of Mother’s Day in the UK and St Patrick’s Day, and we have some fantastic ideas to celebrate with cakesicles, biscuits and mini cakes that are perfect for an afternoon tea! Whoever it is you’re celebrating, make sure you do so with some beautiful and delicious makes.
