BAKED WITH LOVE!
Bake something special for friends and family with these delicious edible gifts.
Apricot & nut tiffin

SERVES 12
150g (5½oz) plain chocolate, broken into pieces
100g (3½oz) milk chocolate, broken into pieces
50g (1¾oz) butter, diced
2 tbsp Crazy Jack Organic Agave Syrup
150g (5½oz) digestive biscuits
175g (6oz) Crazy Jack Organic Soft Apricots, halved
50g (1¾oz) Crazy Jack Organic Raisins
50g (1¾oz) Crazy Jack Organic Whole Almonds
2 tbsp Crazy Jack Organic Sunflower Seeds (20g) a pinch of sea salt flakes
1 Line a 20cm (8in) square tin with baking parchment.
2 Place both chocolates, butter and agave syrup in a large bowl over a pan of simmering water until melted.
3 Crush the biscuits with your fingers (keeping some larger pieces) and mix into the chocolate with the dried fruits and nuts, seeds and salt.
4 Press into the tin and chill until set. Cut into 12 squares.
Tip
To give these as a gift, stack 2-3 tiffins and place in a gift bag tied with ribbon.
