mulled wine strudel

Great for using up any leftover gingerbread cookies!
MAKES ONE
For the strudel
1 pack pre-rolled puff pastry
300g (10½oz) plums, pitted, chopped
100g (3½oz) blueberries
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 free-range egg, beaten icing sugar and fresh blueberries, to serve
