1 Rotating squat jump

Try to keep in time and mirror your partner throughout these jumps. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and squat down about 45 degrees, keeping your knees in line with your ankles. Then jump up as high as you can and rotate your body 180 degrees in the air, so you land facing the opposite direction. Do this for 30 seconds to the left, then squat, jump and rotate to the right for 30 seconds.
