When designing a house, there are three key things to consider: your budget, the site and your aspirations. If you come to us with a brief, but no idea of budget, we may not be able to plan an effective house that’s viable to build. Similarly, if we don’t take into account the site, its context and any potential constraints, then the home we dream up might not fit into the landscape.
