SHELAYNA OSKAN CLARKE is so far building on her breakthrough 2015 season in style. After being a surprise finalist at the World Championships last August, she has taken the UK title this summer and last Saturday beat Lynsey Sharp into second in the non-Diamond League two-lap race in London.

Oskan-Clarke clocked 1:59.46 to beat Sharp and Molly Ludlow of the United States in a close race.
