KENDRA HARRISON says her world record-breaking run in London has gone a long way to making up for the disappointment of missing out on the Rio Olympics.
Having annihilated a world-class 100m hurdles field in 12.20 to break the 28-yearold record, Harrison said: “It makes up for [the trials] a lot. Not making that team, of course I’m still disappointed. I had to move forward and set new goals. That’s what helped me train hard for this moment.”
