How did you first get into yoga
In late high school, early college, I sought out yoga to help combat serious health problems due to a decade of major stress and insomnia. I was drawn to yoga because it reminded me of the similar movement meditation I found when I used to dance. The healing, grounding benefits I received from yoga were so profound I decided to change the course of my work life to help others find the same relief and peace that I found through a fluid, meditative vinyasa practice.
