Add comments to your PDFs
Firefox 145, released in mid-November, improves the browser’s built-in PDF viewer. You can now add comments to documents you open in Firefox, as well as highlighting sections of text.
Drag a PDF into the browser to load it in the viewer, then highlight the section of the document you want to comment on. Click the Comment (speech-bubble) icon that appears, type your comment and click Add.
You can read your comments by hovering your cursor over the ‘Show comment’ icon in the PDF ( 1 in our screenshot below). Click this icon to also edit or delete a comment.
