Fort William resident Craig Robert Brian Cook had sentenced deferred for background reports at the town court last week, aer he pleaded guilty to an in a local pub in May.
Cook, 27, of the town’s Brown Court, admitted that on May 19 he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause a reasonable person fear and alarm by shouting and swearing, and shouting sectarian remarks.
Cook’s plea of not guilty to a further charge on the same day in the High Street, that he had behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause a reasonable person fear and alarm, by shouting and swearing at police and threatening violence, was accepted by the Crown.
