”Our white bean crostini with anchovy and lemon salsa is one of the favourites on our menu. It can easily be tweaked to serve as a canapé (use smaller baguette slices) or as a light lunch, using toasted sourdough, drizzled with olive oil. Vegetarians can leave out the anchovies and add fresh chopped mint instead. “
