Paul Finnigan with Kalifa and youngsters at the garden open day in Appin in aid of Argyll Animal Aid.
Many of those who went to the garden open day took their own pets along.
KALIFA the falcon flew in to a garden open day at Appin on Saturday to help raise funds for Argyll Animal Aid. Kalifa was just one of the birds who took part in a display by Oban-based Finn Falconry at Druimneil House in front of a family crowd, many of whom brought along their own pets to share in the sunshine. A welly throwing contest, young pipers, music from Sutherlands Groove and the chance to meet a rescue dog and guess the age of a parrot were among the other highlights.
